What are "managed inboxes" in Klipy?
Managed inboxes are the communication accounts (such as email, LinkedIn, etc.) that are monitored by our AI system for automatic logging and task extraction. Each connected account counts as one managed inbox against your plan quota.
Why did I reach my managed inbox limit?
Your current plan includes a specific number of managed inboxes. Once you've connected that many communication channels to Klipy, you'll need to either:
Disconnect an existing inbox to free up a quota spot
Upgrade your plan to increase your managed inbox allowance
Why does Klipy limit the number of managed inboxes?
Managed inboxes are the base unit for our ongoing operational costs. Each inbox requires significant backend processing resources. For perspective, our own team's Klipy environment processes approximately 3,000 emails monthly for just 4 email inboxes.
For Lifetime Deal (LTD) customers, these limits ensure we can sustainably provide the service while honoring the significant discount offered to our early supporters.
What are my options if I've reached my managed inbox limit?
You have several options:
Prioritize your most important channels: Decide which communication channels drive most of your deal discussions. For example, you might disconnect email to connect LinkedIn instead. If you disconnect the email connection, the quota will free up so you can connect your Linkedin inbox instead.
Upgrade your plan: You can add more managed inboxes by:
Adding additional inboxes at $29/month per inbox
Upgrading your LTD tier with a one-time payment (e.g., Tier 2 LTD includes 3 inboxes)
Which inboxes should I prioritize?
This depends on your business needs. Many users find that:
LinkedIn is valuable for sales-focused teams receiving many direct messages
Email remains critical for formal communications
WhatsApp (coming soon) is important for teams with international clients
Will disconnecting an inbox delete my data?
No. Disconnecting an inbox stops new data from being processed but preserves your existing logs and extracted information.
How do I upgrade my managed inbox quota?
To upgrade your plan or add additional managed inboxes, please visit "Settings > Billing" page to purchase additional managed inbox quota.
