System Requirements

Desktop Only: LinkedIn Inbox is currently available on desktop browsers only. Mobile support is not on our roadmap.

LinkedIn Account: Any LinkedIn account works—Premium or Sales Navigator not required.


Quick Setup Process

Step 1: Connect Your LinkedIn Account

  1. Navigate to Settings > Managed Social or Click "Connect" from your Linkedin inbox page

  2. Click "Connect LinkedIn"

  3. Log in through our secure authentication system

  4. Grant permissions when prompted

Step 2: Access LinkedIn Inbox

  • Find "LinkedIn" in your main navigation

  • Your messages will sync automatically within 60 seconds

Step 3: Start Converting Conversations

  • Review your existing LinkedIn conversations

  • Click "Create person" to "Link" with existing contacts or create a new record based on the profile.

  • Mark high-priority prospects as "Ongoing Leads" by clicking on the "Casual Network" badge.

  • Click "Change to Ongoing Lead" to tell Klipy to start tracking conversation with the contacts.

Main Inbox View

  • Left Panel: Conversation list with contact photos and last message preview. You will see "Focused" option once you add ongoing leads.

Key Actions Bar

  • Link to Contact: Connect this LinkedIn profile to existing CRM contact

  • Create person: Add this Linkedin profile as a new contact or link with existing one in your database.

  • Mark as Ongoing Lead: Enable automatic conversation tracking

  • Create Memo: Add notes about this conversation

  • Set Task: Schedule follow-ups directly from the conversation
