Overview
The Meetings section helps you track your meetings, manage your video calls, schedule recordings, and access meeting transcripts.
Left Panel
The selected day
The list of meeting for that day grouped by status
Upcoming: Future meetings with scheduling options
Live: Currently ongoing meetings
Finished: Past meetings with recordings/transcripts.
If you have no meetings you will only have a message to enjoy your no meeting day
For each meeting displayed
Meeting title
Start and end time
Number of participants
Company associated (if any)
Deal associated (if any)
Call link (if any)
Right Panel
Date picker: To select the date you want as reference. The selected date will be the date reflected on the left panel.

Adding meetings
Meetings are synchronized with the calendar associated email.
Alternatively, you can add a meeting using Klipy interface by clicking on the "Create Meeting" button and filling up the meeting's detail.
Inviting Klipy to your meetings
In order to have the Klipy AI Assistant to your meetings, providing you with recordings, summaries, and transcriptions your need to toggle the "Invite Klipy" button for each meeting (one by one) you have in your list.
Klipy will join automatically when meeting starts.
Must be done at least 2 minutes before meeting.
The transcriptions and summaries will be available in the meetings details page.
